How would you feel about a bar with only beer, wine and champagne?

I am just starting my wedding planning and have found some reception sites that I like, but a few of them do not allow hard liquor to be served. I know our friends and family, in all honesty, love to party and are heavy drinkers and I’m afraid they will be disappointed with only wine, beer and champagne. How would you feel about a wedding with only those choices for alcohol?

I’ve been to several weddings with only beer, wine, and champagne, and no one noticed or complained. We only had champagne (one bottle per table) and alcoholic cider, and everyone at our wedding was happy with that. Then again, if your family drinks heavily and prefers liquor, that might be worth considering.
